Travis Scott is now free of all charges related to his June arrest for disorderly intoxication and trespassing in Miami. TMZ reported on August 30 that the final hurdle, a misdemeanor trespassing charge, was dropped after Scott’s lawyer, Bradford Cohen, successfully argued the lack of clear “no trespassing” signs.

Prosecutors had previously dismissed the disorderly intoxication charge earlier this month but initially decided to proceed with the trespassing charge. Cohen’s motion to dismiss, citing the absence of proper signage and the fact that Scott was arrested in a private parking lot rather than the Miami Beach Marina, convinced prosecutors to drop the case entirely.

Cohen expressed satisfaction with the outcome, stating, “Although not a serious charge, and one that should not have been filed, we are pleased with the result.”

The incident occurred on June 20, when Scott was arrested for causing a disturbance on a charter boat. He was released on a $650 bond after being booked on charges of disorderly intoxication and trespassing property after warning.
