The Game has addressed recent speculation regarding his relationships with YG and Mustard after an ambiguous Instagram post sparked confusion. On August 28, 2024, The Game shared a cryptic message on his Instagram Stories that appeared to target YG (Keenon Jackson) and Mustard (Dijon McFarlane), using their real names and expressing dissatisfaction.

The post read: “Aye Keenon & Dijon… Jayceon looking for yall [blood droplet emoji] [100 emoji] [exclamation marks emoji]. Lul ghetto name havin n-ggas [crying face emojis].” In a follow-up, he wrote: “Rooting for somebody & finding out they secretly hate u is so crazy LMAO like OH!? Secret haters are clutch.. yall make ballin in yo face worth it,” leading some to believe he was addressing the artists.

However, The Game quickly clarified the situation, denying any ill will towards YG and Mustard. He posted a follow-up message stating: “@yg & @mustard My n-ggas 5L Go twist a backwood before you twist that #Bompton [blood drop emoji] [100 emoji].” This clarification came shortly after The Game supported YG's peace march in Compton, aimed at resolving long-standing gang conflicts.

Despite past differences, including public disagreements over the Drake and Kendrick Lamar feud, The Game and Mustard have reportedly maintained a professional distance but no known personal feud. The Game’s recent support for YG’s peace initiative further underscores his commitment to promoting unity, both in the streets and within the music industry.
