Las Vegas, NV – New footage has surfaced of Lil Baby's arrest for illegal weapon possession in Las Vegas, showing the rapper's heated interaction with police. The video, obtained by TMZ, captures the Atlanta rapper in handcuffs outside the Encore nightclub as officers search him.

During the arrest, Lil Baby, whose real name is Dominique Jones, became increasingly belligerent. He insulted the security personnel who alerted authorities to his weapon and even offered $200,000 for leniency. Despite his claims of holding a valid gun permit, the rapper continued to yell, “Let me go!” and urged officers to check his "nuts," claiming he had concealed the weapon there.

The rapper’s outburst included cursing at the arresting officers and accusing them of incompetence. Lil Baby was eventually taken to the Clark County Detention Center and booked on suspicion of carrying a concealed weapon without a permit, a felony in Nevada. He was later released after posting a $5,000 bond.

Lil Baby's attorneys, Drew Findling and David Chesnoff, assert that he holds a legitimate Georgia Carrying a Concealed Weapon (CCW) Permit, though Nevada does not recognize permits from Georgia. They are investigating the circumstances surrounding his arrest.

Following his release, Lil Baby seemed unfazed by the incident, sharing a relaxed photo on a private jet with stacks of cash on Instagram. He attributed the situation to alcohol, writing, “[tumbler glass emoji] + [baby emoji] = [skull emoji],” and lamented, “Vegas 10 Me 0.” He has since deactivated his Instagram account.

The rapper was in Las Vegas celebrating NBA star James Harden's 35th birthday at the Drai’s nightclub, alongside celebrities like Travis Scott, Chris Brown, and Kevin Durant. A viral video from that night showed Lil Baby generously tipping staff at Toca Madera restaurant with $11,000. It remains unclear if his arrest occurred during or after the high-profile festivities.

Lil Baby is scheduled to appear in court in Las Vegas on October 1.
