Hailie Jade, daughter of Eminem, has opened up about the emotional impact of the music video for her father's song "Somebody Save Me." During a recent episode of her podcast, *Just a Little Shady*, Hailie discussed how watching the video, which features footage of her as a child alongside Eminem's reflections on his struggles with addiction, leaves her in tears.

“I watched it in its entirety. I don’t think I can do it again. I definitely cry every time I hear it at all," Hailie said. She admitted that both "Somebody Save Me" and another track, "Temporary," bring her to tears, noting that the experience of watching the video is overwhelming.

Hailie reflected on how her parents managed to shield her from the severity of Eminem's struggles during her childhood. “Watching the [‘Somebody Save Me’] video back and listening to the songs, I feel like my parents did such a good job growing up where I didn’t realize how bad things were. But now, as an adult in hindsight, it’s so scary to think about,” she shared.

The poignant music video for "Somebody Save Me" was released shortly after Eminem celebrated 16 years of sobriety in April. The song is a tribute to his journey through addiction and his commitment to improving his role as a father.

Hailie also expressed empathy for those who have lost loved ones to addiction, highlighting the broader message of the song. "If you’ve ever lost an addict or loved one, I feel for you," she said.

Eminem's recent release, *The Death of Slim Shady (Coup de Grâce)*, continues to resonate with fans, and Hailie’s heartfelt response underscores the personal and emotional weight of his music.
