Soulja Boy has put rumors to rest by revealing that he and Drake have resolved their alleged feud. The controversy stemmed from Drake’s leaked song “Super Soak,” which featured Lil Yachty.

In an interview with TMZ, the “Crank That” rapper clarified the situation, stating, “I got to the bottom of that and I hollered at Drake and them, and it wasn’t no diss. That song was a snippet, that was a leak. That song wasn’t even supposed to come out. That’s Lil Yachty’s song, but shout out to the boy Drake.”

The tension escalated when Kai Cenat played the unreleased track on his livestream last week. In the song, Drake raps, “I’m watching the moves, playin’ it close / SOD, super soak,” seemingly referencing Soulja Boy’s record label, Stacks on Deck, and his 2007 hit “Super Soak.”

Soulja Boy had previously expressed disappointment with Drake’s performance in his beef with Kendrick Lamar. In response to the perceived diss, he issued a stern warning to Drizzy during an Instagram Live session: “Drake, you better keep that shit light, my boy. This your first and only warning. If you’re trying to disrespect me or sneak diss, I’m on yo ass, boy.”

He added, “If it’s a shout-out, stamp that. You or Yachty, stamp that. If it ain’t no shout-out, speak on how you feel, my boy, and we can get to it.”

Soulja also referenced Drake’s past feud with Kendrick Lamar, questioning why Drake would come after him after being bested by Kendrick. The message was clear: any mention better be a friendly one.

In the ever-evolving world of hip-hop, this reconciliation between Soulja Boy and Drake serves as a reminder that misunderstandings can arise even among industry heavyweights. Fans will be watching closely to see if this newfound understanding holds or if tensions flare up again.
