Despite their history, 50 Cent acknowledged that his collaboration with Jay-Z on the “I Get Money (Remix)” single was strictly business. However, lingering tensions remain, and 50 Cent’s claims suggest that Roc Nation may have tried to exclude him from the halftime show.
But the drama didn’t stop there. In the same interview, 50 Cent took aim at Beyoncé Knowles and the Grammy Awards. He boldly stated that Grammy trophies have “ZERO VALUE” and floated an unsubstantiated theory that Beyoncé’s numerous wins over the years are an inside job. “I don’t know who’s voting in that s***,” he said. “Whoever they are, they’re off at Beyoncé’s house because she has 30 of them.”
