In a remarkable testament to the quality of higher education in Kenya, seven of the nation’s universities have secured spots in the prestigious top 100 African universities list, according to the latest EduRank survey

Leading the pack is the University of Nairobi, which clinched the 8th position, showcasing its academic excellence and research prowess on the continent. Not far behind, Kenyatta University stands proud at 38th place, followed by Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT) at 53rd, Strathmore University at 68th, Moi University at 73rd, Mount Kenya University at 81st, and Egerton University at 83rd.
